This topic has been discussed ad infinitum recently, but what exactly happened to Kenny? It appears he underwent a full facelift, 4-lid blepharoplasty, and an aggressive brow lift. The redundant skin he had in his neck on the left picture is absent on the right. His cheeks are drawn upward and outward, as are the outer corners of his eyes. His brows are too high, and too much skin has been removed from the upper eyelids. It may be acceptable for a female to have a high brow position, but the male brow should be right over the bony orbital rim, and the entire upper eyelid should not be visible. Can we expect to see the old Kenny anytime soon? Doubtful. It is exceedingly difficult to fix eyelids that have had over-resected skin. He would basically need a full thickness skin graft and/or fat graft to regain a masculine appearance. Kenny should have known when to walk away. Especially when he started to look like Lady Elaine.
