Wow! Everyone's going to get their noses fixed! Not surprising... I work with a plastic surgeon who performs San Francisco rhinoplasty and it's certainly one of the more popular procedures. But, not as popular nationally as breast aug, at least according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeon's 2006 numbers: Number one? Breast augmentation at 329,000 procedures performed. Number two? Nose fixed (known technically as, rhinoplasty) at 307,000. Either way, traffic looks pretty good!
