I have heard of a few really cool online applications that allow you to make cosmetic adjustments to an uploaded photo of yourself. This way you can see what you will look like before going under the knife.
www.liftmagic.com focus's mainly on the face. You can do lifts, fillers and other augmentations.
Reshapr.com focus's on the body. It allows you do do a visual breast augmentation, liposuction and nose job.
They are both free and easy to use. After trying them out I would recommend them!

Yes many do opt for it these days...it is expensive and a bit time consuming too...but some are convinced about it.
