Jolielips (a not-so clever take on angelina's anatomy) is a vacuum device that plumps lips by creating a negative pressure, increasing blood flow. Does it work? In a way. But it also hurts.

Lip augmentation is a smarter way to go. Those methods are not permanent or really very effective. Surgery actually works.

I agree with you Steve...my intent was not to paint with a broad stroke...but to tug on the sleeve of those of us who know (while perhaps even denying) that we are refusing to "show up" in the guise of, for example, "making good career sense" as you state it. Edmunds.com just came out with an analysis that shows that the cost of the program, once purchases that would have occurred during that period without the rebate are taken into account, at $24,000 per car!
