There are surgeries that are not turning out well. As what they say, bite only what you can chew. Surgery is not bad. It is actually helpful; very helpful in a way that it can reconstruct deformed body parts and to boost a little confidence. The image only becomes so bad when one becomes so obsessed with perfection that he would want to change his looks, maybe totally.

Joan Rivers had an "eye lift" at the age of 32 in 1965, and was rumored to have a nose job, facelift, Botox, cheek implants, and lip injections.
