There are surgeries that are not turning out well. As what they say, bite only what you can chew. Surgery is not bad. It is actually helpful; very helpful in a way that it can reconstruct deformed body parts and to boost a little confidence. The image only becomes so bad when one becomes so obsessed with perfection that he would want to change his looks, maybe totally.
