
A Sweedish study confirms that getting more sleep equates to looking more beautiful. By comparing sleep-deprived participants to well-rested ones, the people who had a full night's sleep were rated as being more attractive.

I agree that for you to be able to be beautiful you must have the right sleep hour. Is it 6 hours for adult? I think sleep really help make your skin healthy and looking good.

Actually sleep is one of the best things you can do to make yourself feel refreshed and revitalized. A good amount of sleep can work wonders on a person's face overtime.

I totally agree! I'd like to add though that during sleep, you give your skin enough time to relax and regenerate, thus, aside from waking up refreshed, you wake up with radiant and glowing skin.

I think that I need to sleep for 8 hours to feel fresh in the morning, I think that I sleep more then any of my friends. Nice post though

I 100% agree, it's not called "BEAUTY sleep" for nothing. Sleeping is when we give our bodies time to recharge, giving us a refreshed and more beautiful feeling upon waking up.

Sleep is our recharging state, if we have a good sleep, we have a higher chance of good health.
