Seen here after surgery, Chaz has scars under the chest and the armpits. This is the result of a double mastectomy. It is similar to a breast reduction procedure. Notice there is still a bulge under the left arm- possibly a little bit of breast tissue or fat left behind. Chaz is reported to say that genital surgery may be in the future.
